Northwest Incident Support (NWIS)

Northwest Incident Support (NWIS) provides 24/7 Chaplain and Support services that offer critical incident support for:

• Local Community (Arlington, Stanwood, and Tulalip)

• EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, SnoCom 911, and Snohomish County Medical Examiner

Our NWIS Chaplains are carefully trained and serve first responders, victims, families, and the Stanwood, Arlington, and Tulalip communities by providing needed physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual resources and encouragement. Our NWIS Chaplains respond to major incidents, including fires, natural disasters, serious accidents, death notifications, search and rescue operations, and other traumatic events. Their mission is to comfort victims, families, and emergency personnel at critical incident scenes. Team members are trained to mobilize and run support apparatus to provide rehabilitation and respite for both responders and affected families.
